The plant has imported equipment installed adaptable to streamlined production methods:
- Calibration line: Morbark C-40 (USA)
- Drying chambers: Katres (Czech Republic), SEBA (Romania) with a total loading capacity of 500 m³
- Autoclaves (2 units): WTT (Denmark) intended for the impregnation of power transmission line poles and Pinopreg lumber. Autoclaves are equipped with a device for the accelerated fixation of antiseptic components in wood.
The FWIP is actively developing, so we are constantly looking for new solutions and introducing innovative equipment. All the products of FWIP LLC are accordingly labelled. All poles are labelled with tags indicating the manufacturer's data, pole length and class (L, M, S), batch number, impregnation year and antiseptic name. Each of the poles can be equipped with a transponder (chip). Chips are a biometric passport that helps to store the information indicated on the tag in electronic form, and also allows to record data when performing pole checks, for example, installation date, GPS coordinates, data on the pole effective lifetime as of the moment of the inspection. The implementation of chips makes it possible to conduct the runtime diagnostics of the pole state in 1-2 minutes.
