Production technology
Compliance with technology is one of the main requirements that we raise for our production. The technological process of manufacturing wooden impregnated poles for power transmission and communications lines consists of several stages, each is extremely important for the product quality.
Raw materials
The impregnated lumber is produced using
northern pine harvested in the winter period. After careful selection of
quality raw materials, they are re-sawn.
Drying
The main task of wood drying is the evaporation
of moisture from its body. Before the impregnation,
the lumber is dried in automated chambers for 2 weeks. The drying process is
carried out under the influence of high temperatures and uniform airflow.
Impregnation
Pinopreg
lumber is impregnated in automated autoclaves using the vacuum-pressure-vacuum
method. The impregnation is carried out in accordance with European and world
standards. The Osmose C4 antiseptic without arsenic is used. At the
impregnation stage, non-toxic and eco-friendly dyes can be added.
In order to ensure the safe use of Pinopreg
lumber, it is subject to the process of fixation with antiseptic in the
autoclave for 60-90 minutes. The components of the solution are embedded into
the structure of the wood and go into a water insoluble state.
