Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the
North-West PJSC. The Public Joint-Stock Company Interregional
Distribution Grid Company of the North-West has been acting as a single
operating company since April 1, 2008. It comprises seven
branches: Arkhenergo, Vologdaenergo, Karelenergo, Kolenergo, Komienergo, Novgorodenergo,
Pskovenergo. The company's service area is 1.4 million sq.km
with a population of about 5.8 million people. The total length of air and
cable power lines is 175,372 thousand km. The number of 35 kV and higher
substations on the balance sheet is 1,172 pcs. The total capacity of power
transformers of the substations is 19,249 thousand MVA.
