Yantarenergo JSC

Yantarenergo JSC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rosseti PJSC, one of the largest infrastructure organizations in Russia and the world, owning 80 percent of the country's distribution grid complex.  The controlling shareholder of Rosseti PJSC is the state of Russia, which owns 87.81% of the shares in the authorized capital of the company.
